Cancellation (if applicable)
Please contact us within 12 hours to cancel your order before it has been shipped.
If your order has not been dispatched, we will cancel the order and make a refund.
If the item is on its way to you, we will charge the round trip shipping fee. And customer is responsible for the shipment back to COMICA factory. Then we will make a refund.
Returns (if applicable)
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, within 14 days from the date that you receive it, you can apply the RMA to a product refund. However, the return shipping is on your charge. To process this, please kindly:
1. Send an Email to firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us the reason that cause you return the goods with the picture/video so we know that the quality of the returning product is in good condition which still fulfill the free-reason return policy. please note the picture of the entire package/box is also required;
2. Our customer representative will get back to you within 24 hours, you will receive the “Return Instruction” and the RMA number by Email;
3. Then, please send your parcel follow by the terms in “Return Instruction”;
4. All returned items must be in new condition, in the original packaging, and must not have any installation marks or signs of use. Must be sealed in the original packaging with the item label for a full refund.
5. You will get the refund of the order (original shipping fee shall be deducted from the refund) once we receive and inspect your parcel.
Please note, if parcel cannot be passed the inspection part, you may not get the refund. The return shipping is on your charge. And the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
Any product returned to us without prior authorization from COMICA AUDIO will be considered an unauthorized return, and you will not receive a refund or credit for the product and we will not ship the product back to you.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your order cancellation is confirmed, or return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification about approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Other Terms and Conditions
"Bulk Purchase Return"
If customer bought more than THREE products at a time, any one of them is defective, we will provide the free replacement.
But if customer decides to return them all, we will charge a restocking fee of 30% of the order total. And customer is responsible for the shipment back to COMICA factory.
Once package has been shipped out, order cancellation is not possible. When product arrives, customer is responsible for arranging return shipping and covering the cost by themselves and emailing us back with tracking number. If customer decides to refuse package instead, besides original shipping cost, we will charge a restocking fee of 30% of the order total.
Notice: Refund of "refuse-to-receive" item does not cover the original shipping fee. That means in this case, we will send back the payment of the product price only.
An intact item is one that its package has been opened and it works without a problem. If you want to return an intact product, the return shipping cost shall be covered on customer side. And we will deduct the original shipping fee from the refund total.
A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive a defective product, please contact our email for assistance within 48 hours after you received it.
Notice: Whether a product is defective depends the info that customer provides (pictures and recording).
If the order arrives at you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery and email us with your order number within 24 hours. If you have accepted it, please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order and also email us for instructions within 24 hours after you received it. If you dispose of packaging material, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive the return.
"Limits of Responsibility"
We take no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of the product. Though you still can email us for assistance on repairing or replacing components.
"Price and/or Description Changes"
All prices, pictures, and descriptions on this website are subject to change. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors. When you place your order with us, you agree to the price and terms indicated on this website. Price differences related to future or past prices in COMICA AUDIO store are not refundable.
Notice: We are sorry that the price fluctuation during pandemic is not refundable.

Prices and availability of products are also subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where and when discovered. We reserve the right to revoke any stated offer, cancel orders, and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any stated offer or price, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed. If your payment has already been processed for the purchase when your order is canceled, we will issue an immediate refund.
