Shipping Address Change
If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email to advise the new shipping address within 24 hours after the order is submitted. Once the order is shipped, you can not change the shipping address anymore.
What if tracking info indicates the package was received but I haven't actually receive it?
First off, please wait for 1-2 more working days, tracking info update could be ahead of the actual delivery.
Next, if you still haven't received package, please call and email the local post office. They will have more info than we can see online.
At last, when post office is not able to help find the package, you should send us the screenshots of communication with post office as evidence for us to file a complaint. With a response from Post Office through your contact, confirming that package is missing, we will do a refund on the product price.
