Delivery

After submitting the order, please wait up to 24 hours for processing and shipment (usually the orders will be shipped earlier than expected). After it's shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information to help you check the status of your order.

Orders will be processed within 24 hours on working days, But orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.

If the item is out of stock, we will send you the email to notify a delivery time.

Shipping

For United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain and Italy, orders will be shipped from the nearest local warehouse to you. If the local warehouse has no inventory, we will check with you if to ship from our country, the corresponding logistics price will be set up according to the purchase situation.

For other countries, we will ship from our country, and we will choose the appropriate carrier for transportation depending on the specific country and region. We will choose DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, our country Post and etc. If you need to expedite orders or orders shipped by specific carriers, please contact us for a competitive shipping quote: shop@comica-audio.com.

The estimated delivery time for DHL is usually 5-7 days (if customs clearance is smooth), and the estimated delivery time for FedEx, UPS and TNT is usually 6-8 days (if customs clearance is smooth). The estimated delivery time of our country Post is 20-30 days. The estimated delivery time in remote areas will be longer, and the specific estimated delivery time will vary according to different regions. We will choose the corresponding carrier according to your needs. Shipping from our country may incur tariffs, and the resulting tariffs need to be paid by the customer.

After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you by email with a Track-and-Trace code with which you can follow your package and estimated delivery date. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Finally, when you receive the item for the first time, you should check the integrity of the package and pay attention to whether it is damaged. If it is damaged, you need to check whether the item is in good condition and contact us within 24 hours after you received it.

Shipping fee

FREE shipping on orders over $65.99 for United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain and Italy. Orders under 65.99 will be charged $8.

Shipping Address Change

If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email to advise the new shipping address within 24 hours after the order is submitted. Once the order is shipped, you can not change the shipping address anymore. 

What if tracking info indicates the package was received but I haven't actually receive it?

First off, please wait for 1-2 more working days, tracking info update could be ahead of the actual delivery.

Next, if you still haven't received package, please call and email the local post office. They will have more info than we can see online.

At last, when post office is not able to help find the package, you should send us the screenshots of communication with post office as evidence for us to file a complaint. With a response from Post Office through your contact, confirming that package is missing, we will do a refund on the product price.
